Order processing time

  • We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping methods & carriers

  • We use USPS for all standard shipments.

  • Shipping options and delivery times depend on your location and the service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class or Priority Mail): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

  • We sometimes offer free shipping promotions—check our homepage or sign up for text updates!

Order tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or delayed packages

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once the package is with USPS, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, or other factors.
